All sales are final – no order cancellations or amendments are allowed. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that custom paintings and each pair of shoes may vary in pattern and color.

We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or loss caused by an incorrect address or missed delivery. If your parcel goes missing due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we will do our best to track it down. However, no refund will be issued unless and until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable.

In cases where carriers charge fees for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, the fee will be passed on to the original cardholder.

Current fees range from $25-$45 CAD/USA.
