All custom shoes are sealed with a protective top coat to guard against dirt and outdoor elements. However, we recommend handling them with care to ensure longevity.
Use a cold hand wash with mild soap. Gently scrub with a soft brush to remove dirt
Air dry away from direct heat or sunlight
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
Avoid machine washing to preserve custom designs

Vacuum regularly on low suction setting
Rotate the rug every few months for even wear
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to maintain colour consistency
Dry Stains: Gently scrape and vacuum away dirt or stains.
Wet Stains: Blot the stain with a paper towel or undyed cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible. Dampen the area with lukewarm water using a cloth or sponge, then blot again to soak up the water. Repeat until the stain fades. Avoid soaking the rug to keep the tufting glue intact.
