Since products are custom-made, order details such as size, design, or shipping information cannot be changed after purchase, unless you contact us within 24–48 hours. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA & Canada: 4–9 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–10 business days
  • International: 10–18 business days

If a package is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and any additional costs required to reship the order.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Local authorities determine these charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
