  • How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

    Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be painted and processed. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

    Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and other national holidays.

  • Are your shoes and products authentic?

    Yes, all products sold by Unboxedcustoms are 100% authentic. We source our shoes directly from Nike and their authorized retail partners. Each purchase includes receipts and proof of authenticity for your peace of mind.

  • What size am I?

    We can source any shoe size available. If you’re unsure, please refer to the light blue sizing chart tab on the right side of each product, which follows Nike’s official guidelines.


    For the best fit, we recommend sizing down if you are between sizes, as Air Forces tend to run half a size bigger.

  • How do I clean my custom shoes, rugs, or candles?

    For the best care, please refer to our care instructions for cleaning your custom shoes, rugs, and candles. Each product is made with care, taking 3-6 hours to create, and following the proper cleaning guidelines will ensure they last.

  • What does the custom painting process look like?

    Order Received - once your order is placed, the process begins!

    Preparation
    The sneakers are carefully prepped using 100% acetone to remove the factory finish. This ensures a clean base for painting.

    Painting Process
    The shoes are primed and hand-painted using a variety of palettes and colors to achieve the perfect design. Each shoe takes approximately 3-6 hours to complete, with meticulous attention to detail.

    Drying
    After each layer of paint is applied, the shoes go through a thorough drying process. This step is repeated to ensure every layer is smooth, even, and ready for the next application.

    Finishing
    Once the painting is complete, a factory-grade protective coating is applied. This final layer ensures the design is long-lasting and resistant to weather and wear.

    Final Inspection and Shipping
    Each pair undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure quality. The shoes are then carefully packaged and shipped to you in perfect condition.
