All sales are final. Because each item is custom-made and tailored specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please double-check all order details, including size, design, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes cannot be accommodated.
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. All claims are subject to internal review and will be resolved at our discretion. We may offer a replacement or other solution depending on the issue, but refunds are not provided.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim in such cases.
